Physical Description: Meiro is a young lady who is noticeably tall and thin. The girl has not truly developed into a woman, her form being more straight than curved, though her hips are beginning to become noticeable. Some may say she has a dancer's physique, lithe and lanky. She has black hair, usually braided to keep it out of her way. Her blue eyes are a bit large for her face, matching her ears which also seem a bit larger than her face requires.
Clothing/Accessories: Meiro usually wears a comfortable, blue dress which does little to accentuate her body. The dress is long sleeves, up to her collarbones, and down to her calves. To cover her lack of a bust, she'll usually pair the dress with a white shawl which also covers the girl's neck. On her face, she wears her characteristic red framed glasses, which are needed for her to see well.
Personality: Meiro looks the part of a nerd and has some of the personality to go with it. She loves books and reading, as well as knowledge of all kinds. She is often very logical, able to make decisions based on what's best without allowing her emotions to overcome her... for the most part. The truth is, she's not very brave and doesn't deal with pain or injury too well. For this reason, she's internalized her fear of pain and uses logic to back up that fear. For example, instead of running into danger, she'll assess the situation, then act in a way that usually leaves her a way to escape relatively unscathed: using the logic that she's more likely to save numerous lives over her lifetime so dying early would in fact be surrendering those lives for the one or few that she 'might' could save now. In battle, she utilizes the same logic, drawing foes away from innocents and provoking them, but maintaining a relatively safe distance. She usually attempts to bide her time until other heroes can come to do the dirty work, unless she's confident in her abilities versus those of her opponent.

Quirk: Quirk: Pitch Black - A quirk that allows its user to emit a black energy from her palms into the shape of an orb. These orbs can be 'held', but are more often pitched at enemies or targets. When the orb comes into contact with solid matter, it anchors itself to that matter and expands to a number of meters equal to the user's Quirk stat/3. This expansion has no physical quality, meaning it goes through walls and causes no damage to people or property; however, the newly-expanded sphere prevents light from traveling through it. These spheres are essentially complete darkness where no light can get in or exit.

  • Helmet: Blackout's helmet has prescription goggles to wear in the place of her glasses, as well as radio capabilities, giving her the ability to interact with other heroes when needed.
  • Retractable Whips: Blackout carries a whip attached to each thigh. The whips are technological weapons, having controls which allow them to retract entirely into the handle or to wrap around objects and hold onto them with a strength of 10. The whip, when fully extended is approximately 10 meters in length. These can be used to hold opponents or for scaling and movement related tactics.
  • Dart Gun: A gun which holds a 4 dart cartridge and can fire darts at a speed of 10. The darts are coated in a strong tranquilizer which can hinder someone's perception by 5 if their endurance is less than 10. She has an extra cartridge on her belt.

Physical Description: Eiji is short and rather thin for a boy his age. He lacks muscle definition and has remarkably pale skin. Eiji has dark brown hair, with a stylish piece front and center which has been dyed orange. His hair is often spiked up, allowing the orange bit to draw attention to his handsome (if not childish) face. His hazel eyes are large for his face.
Clothing/Accessories: Eiji is quite fashionable, often pairing oranges, blacks, and yellows together. He's not opposed to a nice sweater with slacks, even outside of school uniforms. Most days, Eiji wears black boots with orange laces, black pants, and a long sleeve black shirt that is mostly covered by a light, V-neck sweater that is mostly yellow with some orange stylings. He often wears a scarf as well.
Personality: Eiji is a bit of a "negative nancy", always seeing the negative side of things. If he kept his mouth shut about the negatives, people may like him more, but he has a tendency to be honest with his thoughts and opinions. As mentioned, those thoughts usually aren't terribly constructive, instead focusing on what's wrong with whatever he sees. Fashion is very important to him and he'll often mock those with poor taste. While he has (to some degree) come to terms with his physical stature, people mocking his size still get under his skin. While he can be a bit hotheaded, he's not prone to violence. He does have a pretty logical way of thinking about things and can, usually, be swayed by a decent logical argument and evidence.

Quirk: Healing Aura
Type of Quirk: Mutant
This quirk causes the user's body to house more life energy than a person is normally capable of. As a result of the growing amount of life energy, their body gives off a slight orange glow, which grows brighter the higher their Quirk stat gets. Anyone within the aura will notice their body returning to homeostasis, this includes things like wounds healing, muscle tenderness alleviating, fatigue easing, even hunger and thirst are removed from the body. This only works on biological organisms and the user has no control of the effects of its aura, simply affecting everyone within range though the energy has a limited portion which can be fully drained. More extensive wounds will draw more energy from the user, while light wounds draw less energy, however as energy is drained, the aura's brightness will noticeably dim.

History
Seimei Eiji was raised by his mother, a widow who's husband died when Eiji was only 8 months old. The young boy has, at times, regretted not knowing his father, but has led a very comfortable life. As a young boy, Eiji's quirk seemed to match his mother's and the young boy was a bit unimpressed. He wanted something showy, something offensive, but instead he got a healing glow around him at all times. Despite his displeasure with his quirk, Eiji knew that the world needed a hero with his powerset, so like his mother he decided to become a hero. He oftentimes used his quirk to heal friends and others when they got bruised or hurt while playing. It wasn't terribly extensive, but he was glad to help when he could.

Eiji is now entering UA, one of Japan's most highly sought after hero school. He's excited to see the other prospective heroes, but he knows his future is relatively set in stone. He'll become a low ranking hero, help other heroes heal from wounds or help bystanders who get hurt. He'll never be a hero that kids aim to be like and while he wishes things were different, he's still prepared to play the part that's been set in front of him.

Physical Description: Due to Zame's quirk, he is a large shark-humanoid creature. Like a shark, he has an oversized mouth and a dorsal fin while he has normal human torso, arms, and legs. He towers over most other people, his brown sharkskin slick causing a decent amount of the light to glare off the man. His body is overly muscled and his chest is noticeably barrel chested. His arms are also as large as cannons, the muscles extremely well defined. His dorsal fin sticks up over his head, before jutting backwards as a fin should. His brown eyes, stick out from the side of his head. His large jaws are easily the most terrifying thing about him though.
Clothing/Accessories: To show off his hard-earned muscles, Zame usually doesn't wear a shirt. Zame's legs are also well muscled, but usually covered by a pear of red and yellow pants, covered by his catchphrase "wycked". He also has a custom pair of red sneakers to finish off his look.
Personality: While Zame's appearance might make you assume that he is a muscle-head with a total lack of intelligence, that is a very good way to describe him. While his intelligence is somewhat low, he's also never properly attempted to use it causing him to be highly under-educated as well as a little slow. Like his fighting, he prefers straightforward interactions, meaning he tends to lack tact. He ends up just spouting any nonsense that comes to his head; which usually involves breaking, crushing, or biting something. He tends to dislike squirrelly people and those who seem to be plotting something behind his back. He also appreciates words of affirmation.

Biting Shark is quite obviously a mutant quirk, as its user appears half-man, half-shark at all times. This quirk comes with many benefits the user in many shark-like ways, from a more durable skin, to a large jaw that is able to open nearly 180 degrees wide.

Quirk: Techno-Tongue
Type of Quirk: Mutant
Techno-Tongue is a mutation quirk where the user's brain functions in a capacity akin to a computer. In that vein, users have a port, akin to a USB, in each temple. When a technological device is plugged into that port, the user of this quirk is able to converse with that device as if the two spoke the same 'tongue'. In this way, the user can alter technological items' programming, allowing the user to bypass most security measures and to utilize devices in ways that most normal people would be unable to. Naturally, devices that lack a computer are immune to this control. Due to his brain's altered function, the Quirk stat acts as an enhancer to the Perception stat, as the user is able to perceive the world at a much quicker pace.

Drone Suit: A suit designed specifically for him, it houses about 600 'mini' drones, each about the size of a penny. The helmet has two plugs, which align with the user's temple ports, thereby allowing him access and control over all of the drones on the suit.
